To strengthen our team we are looking for a committed Director Business Analytics (m/f/d).

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify analyze and document business requirements related to data analytics and reporting needs.
• Design develop and maintain data models dashboards and reports using Azure Synapse and Azure Fabric technologies to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Extract transform and load (ETL) data from various sources into the Azure data platform for analytical purposes ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Create and manage data pipelines to automate data workflows and improve data accessibility.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends patterns and correlations that drive business decisionmaking and support strategic initiatives.
• Conduct thorough data validation and quality checks to ensure the integrity and reliability of the data used in reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot datarelated issues and optimize data storage and retrieval processes in Azure Synapse and Azure Fabric.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics business intelligence and cloud technologies.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and analytical findings to nontechnical stakeholders effectively.
• Assist in training team members and endusers on data visualization tools and selfservice analytics capabilities.

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Data Science Statistics or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proven experience (5 years) in business intelligence data analytics or a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Azure Data Analytics technologies for data modelling reporting and analytics.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction transformation and querying from various data sources.
• Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar to create interactive dashboards and reports.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts ETL processes and data governance principles.
• Familiar with ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central and SAP.
• Knowledge of cloudbased technologies and platforms (e.g. Microsoft Azure) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional business teams.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
• Working in line with current company cGMP procedures including all relevant SOPs and guidelines.
• Ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with appropriate EHS Procedures.
• Programming skills in Python R or similar languages for data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop Spark or Databricks.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and applications for predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with data security and privacy best practices.
