Diese Rolle umfasst die Leitung des Innendienstteams bei der Erstellung von Projektangeboten sowie die Sicherstellung reibungsloser Prozesse und Kundenbetreuung. IHRE AUFGABEN IN DIESER POSITION SIND:
  • Leitung und Unterstützung des Innendienstteams bei der Erstellung von Projektenangeboten.
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs der operativen Prozesse im Innendienst, einschließlich Auftragsabwicklung, Kundenbetreuung und Reklamationsmanagement.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Optimierung der Kundenzufriedenheit und -bindung.
  • Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen, insbesondere Vertrieb, Marketing und Logistik, um effiziente interne Abläufe zu gewährleisten.
  • Analyse von Leistungskennzahlen sowie Erstellung von Berichten zur Leistungsverbesserung und zur Identifizierung von Engpässen.
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Coachings für InnendienstmitarbeiterInnen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Produktspezialisten und den globalen Werken, um Kundenwünsche zu gewährleisten und Liefertermine nachzuverfolgen.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Unternehmensrichtlinien und -standards sowie relevanter gesetzlicher Vorschriften.

FÜR DIESE STELLE BENÖTIGEN SIE:
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position im Bereich Kundenservice oder Innendienst, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld.
  • Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu interagieren.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz zur Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und zur Entwicklung geeigneter Lösungsstrategien.
  • Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit an sich ändernde Anforderungen und Prioritäten in einem dynamischen internationalen Umfeld.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit zur Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung sowie zur Förderung eines positiven Arbeitsumfelds
