About the Role:

• Support senior management in the planning and execution of complex infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and manage planning and construction tasks.
• Monitor project progress, costs, timelines, quality, and risks.
• Prepare and manage contracts for architectural and engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project continuity.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in project management or technical asset management.
• Strong analytical skills and budget planning knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license.
