​Die Customer Solution Unit GesVersBw ist verantwortlich für die Vorhaben und Projekte der BWI für die Gesundheitsversorgung der Bundeswehr. Dabei übernehmen wir Aufgaben entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette, von der Neu- und Weiterentwicklung fachlicher Forderungen mit der Nutzerorganisation bis in den Betrieb der entwickelten Solutions. Ziel ist es, die gesamte Bandbreite der medizinischen Versorgung unserer Soldatinnen und Soldaten mit moderner IT zu unterstützen. Mit dem Senior Solution Manager Healthcare Applications suchen wir einen erfahrenen Solution Manager (m/w/d), der als zentraler Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) den Betrieb von Softwarelösungen für die GesVersBw (im Umfeld der Bundeswehrkrankenhäuser und Forschungsinstituten) verantwortet und entlang steigender Kundenanforderungen weiterentwickelt.


Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Zentrale*r Ansprechpartner*in für Software-Lösungen für Gesundheitseinrichtungen der Bundeswehr im klinischen und nicht-klinischen Bereich
  • Koordination, Planung und Auslösen der für die Solution benötigten Services
  • Durchführung inhaltlicher und technischer Abstimmungen mit unserem Kunden und den Liefereinheiten der BWI
  • Kaufmännische Verantwortung für die betreute Solution sowie Budgetplanung und Controlling in Abstimmung mit dem Kunden
  • Verantwortung für den Betrieb, die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Solutions und das Monitoring der vereinbarten SLAs
  • Single Point of Contact für die Solutions und alle Stakeholder auf Delivery-, Kunden- und Nutzerseite
  • Steuerung BWI-externer Dienstleister*innen und Zusammenarbeit mit den Software-Herstellern der Lösungen

Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
  • Etwa vier oder mehr Jahre fachbezogene Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Services und/oder im Bereich der Gesundheitsversorgung
  • Ausgeprägte Fachkenntnisse im Solution Management von Softwarelösungen im Bereich Gesundheitsversorgung
  • Mehrjährige Expertise im Service Management und Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit ITIL-Zertifizierung und -Expertise
  • Hohe Ergebnisorientierung, Entscheidungsfähigkeit, strategisches Denken, ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, strukturierte & zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Belastbarkeit, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu Reisen zu den Nutzerstandorten​
