Your Tasks
  • Sie verantworten die Strukturierung und Umsetzung von Projektfinanzierungen von Wind- und Solarparks unserer Institutionellen Kunden und steuern dabei den gesamten Finanzierungsprozess
  • Dies beinhaltet die Marktansprache, Begleitung der Due Diligence Prüfung, Vertragsverhandlungen, Finanz-Modellierung, Erstellung von Projektdokumentationen und die Erbringung sämtlicher CPs und Auszahlungsvoraussetzungen
  • Sie unterstützen die Projekt Teams mit Ihrem Finanzierungs-Knowhow, insbesondere auch bei EPC-, O&M- und PPA-Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Sie bauen darüber hinaus Beziehungen zu nationalen und internationalen Banken, sowie Beratern auf und pflegen diese fortlaufend

Your Profile
  • Sie haben ein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Finanzen erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Sie verfügen zudem bereits über mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektfinanzierung von Erneuerbare Energien Anlagen
  • Ein fundiertes Verständnis der Finanzierungsstrukturen und -instrumente besitzen Sie ebenfalls
  • Sie haben starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit komplexe Finanzmodelle zu erstellen und zu analysieren
  • Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Ihr Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sie sind Experte im Umgang mit MS Excel
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
