Position Overview

Join Encavis Asset Management AG, a leader in the renewable energy sector, as a Project Finance Manager. Our mission is to drive the transition to sustainable energy through the acquisition and management of solar and wind parks across Europe. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of energy.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the structuring and execution of project financing for wind and solar installations on behalf of institutional clients, overseeing the entire financing process.
  • Engage in market outreach, facilitate due diligence assessments, negotiate contracts, develop financial models, and prepare project documentation while ensuring compliance with all conditions precedent and disbursement requirements.
  • Provide financial expertise to project teams, particularly during negotiations of EPC, O&M, and PPA contracts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with national and international banks and advisors.
Your Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Over 5 years of professional experience in project financing within the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of financing structures and instruments.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret complex financial models.
  • Proven negotiation skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
