Start: asap Duration: 6 - 12 months with option to extend On-site: remote, worldwide Workload: 100%

The client is a local telecommunications company currently implementing ITSM & CSM within ServiceNow 
YOUR TALENTS
At least 8-10 years ServiceNow experience (development, technical programming, object-oriented programming, etc.) ITSM & CSM experience Experience in complex environments (large customers with complex system ecosystems) Experience in the telecommunications industry desirable Already implemented in projects or supported in implementations of: ITSM
