Die Jobactive GmbH ist seit nunmehr über zehn Jahren als eigenständiges Unternehmen am Markt präsent. Hervorgegangen ist Jobactive im Jahr 2001 aus der ehemaligen Personalbeschaffung und des Mitarbeiter-Poolmanagements des Bayer-Konzerns.
Aktuell beschäftigt die Jobactive GmbH etwa 400 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, die von den Niederlassungen in Leverkusen, Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Düsseldorf und München aus betreut werden. Im Fokus des Unternehmens stehen die Bereiche Finance, Office sowie Engineering.

Senior Financial Accountant (m/w/d)

Die Stelle ist in Direktvermittlung zu vergeben und bietet ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis in Vollzeit (40 Std.). Ihr Aufgaben
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Durchführung von Steuerberechnungen und Vorbereitung von Steuerunterlagen für Ertragssteuererklärungen
  • Erstellung von Reports und Durchführung von Sonderauswertungen und ad hoc-Analysen
  • Unterstützung bzw. Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von laufenden Prozessoptimierungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Systemtests im Rahmen von Release-Updates des ERP-Systems (Dynamics 365)
  • Beteiligung bei fachübergreifenden Projektarbeiten und/oder selbstständige Teilprojektverantwortung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Workflows und Richtlinien
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen
Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Abschluss zum Bilanzbuchhalter IHK wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend notwendig
  • Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Lohn und Gehalt wünschenswert
  • Fähigkeit zur buchhalterischen Analyse komplexer Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Gestaltungswille und Teamfähigkeit
  • Proaktive und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
