Aufgaben
  • Überwachung und Steuerung der Planungsprozesse für Budget und Forecast sowie des Monatsabschlusses einzelner Beteiligungsgesellschaften
  • Durchführen von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, analysieren und interpretieren von Abweichungen
  • Erstellung von ad-hoc-Analysen und Berichten für unterschiedliche Hierarchieebenen (Regionalleiter, Managing Director, Produktmanager)
  • Erstellung, Kommentierung und Weiterentwicklung von Finanzberichten
  • Betreuung der Kostenstellenumlagen ausgewählter Gesellschaften
  • Business Partner Controlling für ausgewählte Beteiligungsgesellschaften im In- und Ausland
Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossen Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Financial Analysis, Analytics oder vergleichbarer Ausbildung
  • Sehr hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Hohe Motivation, Eigeninitiative und eigenständiges Handeln
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit SAP, BI Software, MS Excel
  • Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
