Pricing and Analytics Expert

Xcede Group is seeking a skilled Pricing and Analytics Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Pricing and CLV team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that balance profitability and fairness to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain pricing algorithms that ensure accurate and impactful pricing adjustments
  • Collaborate with the Pricing and CLV team to improve pricing algorithms and develop predictive models
  • Build machine-learning solutions to revolutionize how we price and convert customers
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data manipulation, statistical analysis, and modeling
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Programming experience in Python and SQL
  • Previous experience in data science or analytics within the financial services sector
  • Confident articulation of ideas in English, both written and verbal
