The Position

Während Deines Praktikums arbeitest Du im Strategic Forwarding Management im Bereich Global Supply Chain. Die Abteilung liefert den strategischen Rahmen für unsere Kunden mit "best-in-class" Transportlösungen bei wettbewerbsfähigen Kosten in einem sich kontinuierlich verändernden Markt. Strategische Partnerschaften mit externen Dienstleistern werden entwickelt und gepflegt. Aktionen werden getrieben von Innovation, Agilität und Nachhaltigkeit.

Die Aufgaben

  • Du lernst das Geschäft der Exportdistribution kennen und arbeitest eng mit dem Auftrags- und Qualitätsmanagement sowie den externen Dienstleistern zusammen
  • Zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich gehören u.a. die aktive Mitarbeit bei der qualitativen Bewertung von Transportprozessen. Dadurch erhältst Du wertvolle Einblicke in die Supply Chain eines weltweit agierenden Diagnostika Unternehmens
  • Deine Mitwirkung bei diversen fachbereichsspezifischen Projekten zur Optimierung von Prozessen und logistischen Abläufen ist gefordert (z.B. Ausschreibungen von Transportdienstleistungen, Qualifizierungen, Auditwesen bzw. Verbesserungen im Rahmen unseres KVPs)
  • Auswertung und Analyse von spezifischen Qualitäts- und Logistikkennzahlen
  • Während des gesamten Praktikums steht Dir ein kompetenter Mentor zur Seite

Wer Du bist

  • Du bist Studierender (m/w/d) der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Logistik/ Supply Chain Management, Transportmanagement oder Materialwirtschaft
  • Idealerweise verfügst Du über erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Spedition, Export- oder Außenwirtschaft
  • Für das Change Management und die Idee der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung (KVP) bringst Du großes Interesse mit
  • Du beherrschst das MS- und Google-Office-Paket routiniert und hast idealerweise schon Einblicke ins SAP gewinnen können oder verfügst alternativ über VBA-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse sind für Dich selbstverständlich und idealerweise kannst Du Dich auch in einer weiteren Fremdsprache verständigen
  • Du bist kommunikativ, besitzt ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative und arbeitest gerne im Team
