Student Assistant in Project Management

As a vital member of the OCCON family, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic field of logistics consulting, gaining exposure to thrilling projects within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

OCCON specializes in consulting for global enterprises in logistics, procurement, and supply chain management. Additionally, we offer an in-house developed e-sourcing solution utilized worldwide.

We are seeking an intern to assist with:

1. A significant Procurement Initiative in the Chemical Sector

2. The enhancement of our Marketing Strategies.

INTERNSHIP DETAILS

  • Duration: 3 months (potential for extension)
  • Hours: 20 hours per week

The following tasks will be undertaken:

PROJECT SUPPORT

  • Conducting research
  • Data analysis using Excel
  • Preparing workshops (including data, presentations, and questionnaires)
  • Creating and developing strategic presentation materials for the project

MARKETING SUPPORT

  • Conducting research
  • Producing content (including research, writing, and design)
  • Launching an Instagram account
  • Preparing for trade fairs
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, International Management, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Fluent in both English and German, both spoken and written
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a structured and quality-focused approach, and a strong commitment to teamwork
  • Strong analytical skills with a high affinity for numbers
  • Creative and innovative thinker
