POSITION

We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our team at DS Destination Solution, a leading SaaS company. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this role will be pivotal in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation and delivery of compelling presentations, webinars, and training sessions aimed at engaging our customers and driving product adoption.

CHALLENGE
  • Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals, including market analysis, positioning, and messaging.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content for a variety of channels, including presentations, webinars, training materials, product sheets, case studies or educational materials
  • Customer Engagement: Lead and manage customer-facing activities such as webinars and training sessions to educate and engage our customer base, driving product adoption and customer success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across all product marketing initiatives and to gather insights for continuous improvement.
  • Performance Measurement: Track and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing activities, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.

  • Experience: Proven experience in product marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry, with a strong track record of creating and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and clear marketing materials and presentations.
  • Customer Focus: A strong customer orientation, with experience in conducting webinars and training sessions that engage and inform.
  • Collaborative Spirit: The ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Language Skills - Fluent in German is a must

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The position can be based in proximity to one of our offices in Berlin, Cologne or Munich or primarily remote based. The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual bonus.
