Aufgabengebiet
  • Leitung und Führung der Zoll- und Supply Chain Abteilung
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für Zollbehörden
  • Einhaltung der aktuellen Zollvorschriften für alle Zollthemen
  • Kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung aller zollrelevanten Aufgaben
  • Überwachung von Bewilligungen und Prüfung von Bürgschaften
  • Abfertigung von Exportverladungen, einschließlich Erstellung aller notwendigen Zolldokumente
  • Zolltechnische Abwicklung und Buchung von Retouren
  • Annahme und Bestandsbuchungen von Tankwaren für interne und externe Tankläger

  • Abwicklung und Beendigung des Verbrauchsteuerverfahrens einschließlich Dokumentation
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung und Differenzenklärung

  • Handling von verbindlichen Zolltarifauskünften

  • Leitung und Kontrolle für Abfüllberichte, Tankwarenhandling, Abgänge der versteuerten/unversteuerten Warenabgänge, e-VD, ABD, T1, T2 Dokumente und Verbrauchssteuer
  • Durchführung und Auswertung von Ausschreibungen im Logistikbereich
  • Abstimmung mit Lägern, Vertrieb, EDV, Marketing und Customer Service
  • Erstellung von Jahres-Shipment-Forecasts und deren rollierende Anpassung
  • Erstellung von internen und externen Shipment- und Bestandsreports
  • Klärung von Bestandsdifferenzen und Bestandsoptimierung
  • Ausschreibungen und Verhandlungen von Frachtpreisen
  • Systempflege von Frachtpreisen
  • Erstellung, Tracking und Anpassung von Supply Chain-relevanten KPIs
  • Ermittlung und Bereitstellung von Logistikkosten
  • Pflege von Karteikarteneinträgen
Anforderungsprofil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der aktuellen Zollvorschriften im Verbrauchssteuerrecht sowie für Export- und Importzollabwicklungen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Zoll- und Supply Chain-Abteilungen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und der Erstellung von Zolldokumenten
  • Sehr gute organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit zur Prozessoptimierung und Erfahrung in der Digitalisierung von Zollprozessen
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Ausschreibungen und Verhandlungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
