- Bearbeitung von dienst- bzw. arbeitsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten inkl. der Beratung der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden
- Unterstützung beim Recruitingprozess
- Erstellung von Bescheinigungen, Verträgen und Zeugnissen
-Vorbereitung und Datenübermittlung der monatlichen Gehaltsdaten an Steuerberater
- Administration der Beschäftigtendaten, Mitteilung von Änderungen an die Steuergesellschaft für die Abrechnung
- Verantwortlich für die Übermittlung der Krankmeldungen, sowie Ein- und Austrittsdaten
- Verwaltung und Ansprechpartner für die Zeitwirtschaft
- Kontaktperson für Mitarbeiter in allen administrativen HR Prozessen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften 8 Standorte in Deutschland
Ihr Profil
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Teamfähigkeit
- Flexibilität
- gute Englischkenntnisse
- Zielorientierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
