At Ingersoll Rand, we're looking for a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an HR Manager. As a key member of our HR team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and success by developing and implementing HR strategies that support our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop our HR team to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to support our business.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to our management team on HR-related matters, including labor law and collective bargaining.
  • Work closely with our works council to ensure a collaborative and transparent approach to HR matters.
  • Plan and implement employee development programs, recruitment strategies, and retention initiatives to support our business goals.
  • Take on special projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a technical or innovative industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently, with a high sense of responsibility and reliability.
  • Fluency in German and English.
