You will enable and support together with your team the product organisation to create outstanding solutions for our customers. The team's initiatives span across the entire organisation with expert exchange in other parts of the Adevinta group.
What you'll do:
Elevate our discovery and experimentation culture across the product organisation and bring it to the next levels, serving as both an evangelist and a functional expert.Pioneer discovery and hypothesis-driven validation within product teams using an array of methodologies and set new benchmarks.Collaborate with product leadership, managers, analysts, engineers, and UX professionals to foster a culture of functional excellence as the beating heart of our product development process.Provide specialised, targeted support for discovery and experimentation-related topics, delivering expert guidance that raises the bar.Conduct engaging training sessions to uplift team skills, ensuring top-notch quality and fostering a data-informed, user-centric end-to-end approach.Cultivate a vibrant community of ambassadors within teams, encouraging collaboration and the exchange of best practices through a dedicated community of practice.Take charge of crafting the product strategy for discovery and experimentation, aligning with broader organisational goals.Establish metrics that measure the quality, habit-building, and value creation of our discovery and experimentation culture.Who you are:
3+ years in a senior-level role with experience driving product development through discovery and experimentation.Expertise in conducting experiments and validation at different stages of product development, including Smart Products and ML/AI applications.Knowledge of discovery frameworks and their application across diverse teams.Experience setting and raising the direction for the organisation and teams in the realm of discovery and experimentation.Experience driving and implementing strategic change initiatives for discovery and experimentation across the organisation.Exceptional communication skills to engage with leadership, product, analytics, and engineering teams.Experience conducting impactful workshops and training sessions to enhance the knowledge of individuals and teams.
