Role Purpose

We are looking for a SAP S/4HANA Data Management Senior Data Lead to oversee Data teams, offer expertise in Data Management and contribute to the successful SAP S/4HANA implementation across all GKN Automotive facilities.

Responsibilities include managing Data Governance and Data migration processes, defining Data Strategy, overseeing ETL processes, guiding Data Management activities, and collaborating with Business and Functional Teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • SAP S/4HANA Data Governance - Responsibilities include leading Data Governance for SAP S/4HANA Master data and transactional data, managing Data Deliverables, Risks, and issues, and ensuring Data security and compliance.
  • Data Migration - Provide technical leadership for Data Migration approach and Plan, oversee Data Objects and migration process, and ensure quality assurance processes are in place.
  • ETL process - Conduct regular ETL process reviews, approve Data Extraction, Transformation, and Load, and maintain the integrity of solutions.
  • Data Management - Lead data management activities, provide guidance on Data Readiness, Data Quality Reporting, Data Purification, and more.
  • Technical Documentation - Define Data standards and best practices, review and approve Data Deliverable documents.
  • Collaboration with Business and Functional Teams - Work closely with teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • Experience as a Data Lead in SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of SAP Data Governance, Data Migration tools, ETL tools, and migration from Legacy systems.
  • Leadership skills in managing onsite & offshore Data teams.
  • Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and strong communication skills.
  • SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Language Skills: Proficient in English - both verbal and written.
