The ECM team based in Munich covers Corporate clients across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Through our strategic alliance with Kepler Cheuvreux, we offer our clients one of the largest equity platforms in Europe.
What you'll be doing
  • Origination of equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, primary and secondary ABBs as well as equity-linked transactions
  • Project management of ECM transactions, leading the various internal and external execution work streams, including legal documentation and due diligence
  • Working in close cooperation with other teams, e.g. syndicate, advisory, financing as well as client coverage
  • Participation in origination and execution client meetings, as well as preparation of the relevant marketing and project management materials
What you'll need to succeed


• University degree or equivalent qualification with above average academic results


• Ideally 5 -10 years of professional experience in ECM or related areas of investment banking
• Global Coordinator experience in ECM transaction, including IPOs, rights issues, primary and secondary ABBs as well as equity-linked transactions
• Applies knowledge/skills through handling complex problems and/or coordinating work which may extend beyond own product area of expertise; shares expertise with more junior colleagues and other departments
• Dynamic, highly self-motivated, able to work to meet deadlines under pressure
• Strong project management skills, experienced in working in strategic projects, with cross-functional teams and on C-level
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
