Deine Capco Aufgaben

Du berätst mit deinem unternehmerischen Tatendrang unsere internationalen Kunden der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche und engagierst Dich für Ausbau sowie Optimierung ihrer Marktposition und Prozesse Du leitest verschiedene Transformationsprojekte von der Projektplanung über Fach- und Strategiekonzeption, Performance und Operational Excellence, Prozessdefinition bis hin zu Business Requirements Management Du übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung für größere und kleinere Projektteams unter Anwendung verschiedener Liefermodelle (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Hybrid etc.) Der Auf- und Ausbau von Geschäftsbeziehungen mit Kunden aus der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche, sowie die Akquise von Beratungsprojekten gehört ebenso zu Deinen Aufgaben Du berätst unsere Kunden zu aktuellen Herausforderungen in Capital Markets- oder Treasury-Themen wie z. B. Implementierung oder Betrieb von kritischen Systemen und Handelsplattformen, der Senkung der Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) oder der Modernisierung bzw. Optimierung der Systemlandschaft Um den hohen Ansprüchen unserer Kunden gerecht zu werden, förderst und entwickelst Du deine Teammitglieder weiter und stellst somit eine hohe Qualität der Arbeitsergebnisse sicher

Dein Capco Profil

Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium Fließende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung von Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen und/oder im Banking Umfeld Weitreichende Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, in agiler Liefermethodik, in der Erstellung von Business Analysen oder Fachkonzepten sowie in der Leitung komplexer Projekte und Projektteams Exzellentes Branchen- und Prozess-Know-how, d.h. Fachkenntnisse der Finanzprodukte, der Prozesse, des aktuellen Marktumfelds, und der unterstützenden Technologien wie z.B. Murex MX.3, XENTIS, GEOS Nachweisbare Erfolge in der erfolgreichen Akquisition von Beratungsprojekten sowie ein aktives Netzwerk im Bankenumfeld Du bist teamfähig und verfügst über ein sehr hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Durchsetzungsvermögen Uneingeschränkte Mobilität im (inter-)nationalen Raum
