AUFGABENInnerhalb der Einheit "Global Controlling and Business Enablers" ist unser Team "Global Intercompany Business Model Management" zentraler Ansprechpartner im Unternehmensbereich Agricultural Solutions für Intellectual Property, Geschäftsmodelle und Verträge zwischen den BASF-Gesellschaften. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der zentralen Steuerabteilung stellen wir sicher, dass steuerliche und rechtliche Anforderungen im täglichen Geschäft erfüllt werden und dass neue Geschäftsmodelle in Übereinstimmung mit den Vorschriften aufgesetzt werden.
- Als Verantwortliche:r für die Administration von Intercompany-Verträgen sind Sie dafür zuständig, Änderungen, Neuanlagen, Terminierungen sowie Gültigkeitsüberprüfungen auf Basis der BASF-Vertragsdatenbank durchzuführen.
- Dies erfordert eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen und globalen Funktionen und Einheiten in AP, wie zum Beispiel Marketing, Supply Chain und Controlling.
- Dadurch stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Verträge den geltenden Vorschriften entsprechen und den Interessen der BASF-Gruppe gerecht werden.
- Zusätzlich dazu unterstützen Sie das ICTP Office AP im Qualitätsmanagement, indem Sie regelmäßige Auswertungen erstellen, die beispielsweise fehlende ICTPs, neue ICTPs mit größeren Abweichungen und EBIT-Entwicklungen der BASF-Gruppengesellschaften umfassen.
- Auf diese Weise tragen Sie dazu bei, die Effizienz und Rentabilität der BASF-Gruppe zu maximieren und die Qualität ihrer Leistungen aufrechtzuerhalten.
- erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Bachelorstudium im Fach Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich sowie Erfahrung in einer der BASF-Gruppengesellschaften
- Interesse und fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Controlling und den Anforderungen im Reporting
- vertraut im Umgang mit SAP Business Warehouse und den IT-Standardanwendungen
- gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf Englisch
