Für unsere Produktorganisation suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Head of Product Marketing (m/w/d), der unsere Produktstrategien mit viel Kreativität, unternehmerischer Leidenschaft und geeigneten Marketingstrategien unterstützt und vorantreibt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung von internationalen Positionierungsstrategien für unsere Produktlinien im Bereich Industry und Finance
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung globaler zielgruppenorientierter Marketingstrategien für unser globales Produktgeschäft
  • Gestaltung des digitalen Wandels sowie Ausbau und Optimierung aller relevanten Marketingkanäle
  • Verantwortung für die Organisation und Durchführung von weltweiten Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und Messekonzeptionen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern in einer Unternehmensgruppe sowie Dienstleistern und Agenturen
  • Budgetplanung von Marketingmaßnahmen sowie deren Kontrolle und Aufbau eines KPI- und Analytics-Frameworks
  • Beratung der internen Fachbereiche und Zusammenarbeit mit den internationalen und zentralen Marketingteams hinsichtlich ihrer Marketingaktivitäten

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium Betriebswirtschaft / Kommunikationswissenschaft mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Produktmarketing im B2B-Bereich, wünschenswert im Bereich Industrie oder Financial Services
  • Begeisterung für Softwareprodukte im B2B-Umfeld und eine hohe Affinität für Digitalisierung
  • Erfahrung in der Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien und Kampagnen, die das Wachstum von B2B Softwareprodukten fördern
  • Ein hohes Maß an Sprachgefühl und eine ausgeprägte Vertriebsorientierung
  • Hohes Maß an Kreativität, Eigenverantwortung, Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch und Englisch
