Deine Verantwortlichkeiten

Im M&A Team beraten wir mittelständische Unternehmen, führende Private-Equity-Häuser und (inter-)nationale Konzerne und unterstützen diese vollumfänglich in allen Corporate Finance-Fragestellungen rund um Unternehmensverkäufe, Kapitalerhöhungen und Finanzierungen. Unser Fokus liegt vor allem auf Nachfolgelösungen für erstklassige Unternehmer, faszinierende Geschäftsmodelle und darauf die wahren Hidden Champions des deutschen Mittelstands zu finden. Dies konnten wir bereits vielfach mit einigen Leuchtturmtransaktionen der vergangenen Jahre erfolgreich durchführen, mehr Details dazu findest Du hier und weiter unten.

Als Praktikant begleitest du sowohl den Origination als auch den Execution Prozess:

  • Du unterstützt bei der Identifizierung und Ansprache von potenziellen Mandanten und Beratern sowie Investoren und Kaufinteressenten
  • Du unterstützt den Aufbau und die Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen zu potenziellen Investoren und Käufern aus den Bereichen Family Offices, Beteiligungsgesellschaften sowie Strategen
  • Du erstellst Marktanalysen, Präsentationen, Pitch Decks sowie Teaser und Informationsmemoranden
  • Du unterstützt in sämtlichen Prozessschritten im Rahmen von M&A Transaktionen
  • Du unterstützt bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Due Diligence Prüfungen
  • Du übernimmst die Erstellung und Auswertung von Businessplänen und Unternehmensbewertungen
  • Du nimmst an Meetings mit Unternehmern, Investoren und Beratern teil
Dein Profil
  • Du absolvierst ein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit Schwerpunkt Corporate Finance
  • Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von PowerPoint Präsentationen sowie Excel Modellen
  • Du verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken sowie hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Du überzeugst durch ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und ein gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsmodelle und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Du verfügst über Beratungskompetenz, überzeugendes Auftreten und eine analytische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
