Deine Aufgaben
  • Als Leitung des Projektmanagementbüros (PMO) steuerst Du Projektleiter:innen in der Durchführung von Projekten und sorgst für die Einhaltung einheitlicher Qualitätsstandards
  • Du hast zudem die Verantwortung für die Initiierung, Durchführung sowie den Abschluss von eigenen strategischen und komplexen Projekten
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für alle Geschäftsbereiche, Fachgeschäfte, Abteilungen sowie für andere Projektteams
  • Du bewertest und priorisiert Projekte gemeinsam mit dem Team
  • Du verantwortest Definition und Umsetzung von Programm- und Projektmanagement-Prozessen (inkl. Tools, Templates, etc.), stellst Richtlinien & Standards auf und implementierst diese zusammen mit passenden Methoden und Praktiken
  • Dir obliegt das Risk- und Ressourcenmanagement komplexer, abteilungsübergreifender Projekte. Bei Engpässen unterstützt Du bei der Lösungsfindung
  • Du agierst als Coach und Mentor für die Projektmitarbeiter:innen aus anderen Fachbereichen
  • Als Senior Project Manager obliegt es dir sicherzustellen, dass die Qualität bei Projektmanagement-Prozessen eingehalten und konstant überwacht wird
Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Du bist Expert:in im Bereich Projektmanagement / Portfoliomanagement und hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in diesem Gebiet, idealerweise in einem LEAN-Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Office365, Projektmanagement-Software (z.B. MS Project), sowie ERP-Systemen
  • Dich zeichnen hohe Motivation, Zielstrebigkeit sowie Eigeninitiative aus
  • Du legst eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke an den Tag, zudem bist Du stark in Analyse Strukturierung
  • Du agierst in deiner Rolle als Senior Project Manager:in mit hoher Strukturierungsfähigkeiten gepaart mit analytischer Kompetenz
  • Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst Du fließend in Wort und Schrift
