Das bewegst du:
Als Analytics Lead bist du erste Ansprechpartner:in für die Business Analytics-Funktion auf Clusterebene für die DACH-Region auf einem der größten FMCG-Kunden. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:
- Du arbeitest eng mit einem engagierten Team von Business Analytics-Experten in Europa zusammen, um erstklassigen Analytics-Service zu liefern, und bist für die Umsetzung der Analytics-Funktion im Cluster DACH verantwortlich
- Du verantwortest die Kalibrierung von Marketing Mix Modeling Response-Kurven in unsere Media-Planungssoftware:
- Konsolidierung der Ergebnisse des Marketing-Mix-Modells nach Kategorie und Markt
- Anwendung statistischer Verfahren zur Integration verfügbarer FMCG-Benchmarks bei fehlenden Datenpunkten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem europäischen Business Analytics Team bzgl. Anwendung und Entwicklung von Frameworks zur Datenintegration in Medienplanungssoftware der Agentur
- Vorantreiben der Integration von Geschäftsergebnissen und -zielen in das Kampagnendesign
- Du entwickelst ein übergreifendes Measurement Framework für ein breites Set an Marken, um übergreifende Learnings zu generieren
- Du bringst die globalen Media Guidelines (Budgethöhe, strategische Ausrichtung) mit den lokalen Marktgegebenheiten in Einklang:
- Sammeln und Bereitstellen relevanter Daten aus den Märkten im Cluster DACH, um Guidelines zu lokalisieren
- Vorantreiben der Verwendung dieser Guidelines im Kampagnendesign
- Du gibst Trainings und Empfehlungen zu einer Vielzahl von Tools und Methoden zur Optimierung des Mediabudgets im Cluster DACH
Das zeichnet dich aus:
- Du hast ein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik oder Statistik mit einem entsprechenden quantitativen Schwerpunkt erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich (Marketing-) Analytics
- Du bist in der Lage, eine Business Fragestellung in ein technisches Briefing zu übersetzen, mit Experten und Analysten an innovativen Analytics Lösungen zu arbeiten und dem Kunden datenbasierte und fundierte Empfehlungen zu geben
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten - Du kannst Rohdaten analysieren, beherrschst fortschrittliche statistische Methoden
- Erfahrung in der FMCG-Branche ist ein großes Plus
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten - Du bist in der Lage, komplexe Ideen so herunterzubrechen, dass auch eine Person ohne Expertise im Bereich Analytics dich verstehen kann
- Du kannst unter Druck gelassen bleiben und behältst dabei stets das große Ganze im Blick
- Gute Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
