We're looking for an analytical specialist who knows performance marketing. If you can master paid marketing channels, see growth opportunities in data, and develop strategies for e-commerce, this is the job for you. Your Responsibilities

  • Leading the strategic planning and operational control in Performance Marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads etc.)
  • Implementation of campaigns and taking over of budget responsibility
  • Being involved in conversion optimization and A/B testing measures
  • Being involved in the strategic orientation of performance marketing within the framework of a cross-channel strategy
  • You are leading the planning of cross-channel marketing actions
  • Support the creative department in the development of advertising materials
  • Communicate and manage the relationship with account managers at publishers and agencies
  • Monitoring and analyzing KPIs and developing corresponding recommendations for action

About You

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing and experience leading a team.
  • Extensive expertise in managing paid social campaigns and SEA with proven results
  • Experience in the luxury or premium segment is a plus. Longer lead times come with different challenges.
  • Experience in campaign and budget management across different global regions.
  • Good knowledge of common control and analysis tools in the field of performance marketing (Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics 4)
  • Good knowledge of Google spreadsheets / Excel
  • Creative and have the ability to think outside the box
  • You are on fire and passionate about what you do. Hands-on mentality, flexibility and a quick grasp of things characterize you in addition to analytical and proactive thinking skills
  • Work in a structured and results-oriented manner with a high degree of personal responsibility, motivation and independence
