Deine Mission

  • Du begleitest Transformationsvorhaben im Kontext von Geschäftsprozessoptimierung, Kundenzentrierung, Agilisierung und Digitalisierung
  • Du entwickelst eine Change Management Strategie und eine Change Story
  • Du führst Stakeholder Analysen und Change Impact Analysen durch
  • Du entwickelst Change Readiness Assessments und anschließende Maßnahmenkataloge
  • Du analysierst den Kommunikations- sowie Trainingsbedarfs mit anschließender Konzeption, Umsetzung und Evaluierung von geeigneten Change-, Kommunikations- und Trainings-Maßnahmen
  • Du bist für die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Interviews auf unterschiedlichen Managementebenen und Workshops unter Berücksichtigung innovativer, agiler und kundenzentrierter Methoden verantwortlich

Dein Skillset

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie, Pädagogik, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Studiengängen (vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Change Management)
  • Kenntnisse allgemeiner Beratungsmethoden, Vorgehensmodellen und Frameworks sowie spezifischer Change Management und Trainings Interventionen
  • 4 bis 7 Jahre praktische Erfahrungen in der Beratung, davon mindestens 1 bis 3 Jahre im Change Management, im Training oder als Coach
  • Change Management relevante Zertifizierung (z.B. in PROSCI) sind von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Mobilitätsbereitschaft für Kundenprojekte
