Ihre Rolle

  • die Projektleitung bei Projekten zur Gestaltung innovativer Supply Chain Prozesse entlang der ZEISS Wertschöpfungskette unterstützen und nach und nach an die Teilprojekt-/Projektleitungsfähigkeit herangeführt werden
  • damit den Produktentstehungsprozess durch Ihre logistische Perspektive unterstützen, mit dem Ziel leistungsstarke und effiziente Prozesse nachhaltig zu gestalten
  • aktive Mitgestaltung des Design Transfer von innovativen Medizinprodukten, zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Teileversorgung auf dem Shopfloor
  • Durchführung und Koordination von internen Logistikprojekten, unter Betrachtung von digitalen Lösungen entlang der Prozesskette
  • aktive Mitarbeit beim Aufbau des Materialflussmanagements in der Produktion
  • hierbei erarbeiten Sie Maßnahmen zur Optimierung von Qualität, Transparenz und Durchlaufzeit sowie zur effizienteren Nutzung von Ressourcen auf Basis von zu erarbeitenden Prozesskennzahlen
  • logistische Betreuung des Engineering Change Prozesses, zur langfristigen Sicherung der Lieferfähigkeit und des Unternehmenserfolgs
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von IT Anwendungen in der Logistik aus Sicht des Fachbereiches Planung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Logistikprozessen und Logistiksystemen nach Lean Prinzipien

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder der Betriebswirtschaft mit logistischem Schwerpunkt
  • umfangreiches Know-How im Produktions- und Logistikumfeld idealerweise Erfahrung in der logistischen Unterstützung von Entwicklungsprojekten
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP (PP & MM, WM), sowie MS Office
  • ein sicheres Auftreten und hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen in einer Matrixorganisation
  • Konfliktfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Kostenbewusstsein
  • gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
