Zu Deinen Aufgaben zählen
  • Du setzt Dich intensiv mit den zentralen Bedürfnissen und Problemen unserer Kunden auseinander und entwickelst daraus neue Produkt- und Serviceideen
  • Eigenständig konzipierst Du neue Features und bist verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Implementierung innerhalb der produktinternen IT-Systeme (Frontend, Backend, Backoffice)
  • Zur Erfolgsmessung von Produkten nach dem Launch entwickelst Du Metriken und KPIs
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für produktrelevante und technische Themen mit Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten in verschiedensten Bereichen
  • Deine Ideen präsentierst Du den Entscheidungsträgern und diskutierst Deine analytischen Erkenntnisse und Handlungsempfehlungen mit ihnen
Was Du mitbringst
  • Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Studium und idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung (gerne durch Praktika) in einer Unternehmensberatung, im IT-Projektmanagement oder in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Programmiersprache, z. B. C#, Java, PHP, Python, etc.
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Motivation, sich laufend in neue Projekte, Programmiersprachen und Setups einzuarbeiten
  • Freude an interdisziplinärem Arbeiten und technisches Interesse
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten mit einer hohen Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen, um in Kooperation mit den jeweiligen Produkten gemeinsam die besten technischen Lösungen zu bauen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
