Your tasks
- Integration of applications and data to enable reliable and time-saving data processing processes
- Lead role for the technical implementation tasks as part of the data integration project
- Setting up a data integration layer at the application and data model level in cooperation with the data architects
- Independent interface design (API) as well as setting up and configuring interfaces in the Microsoft environment
- Implementing and automating data transformations on the new data integration layer to be set up
- Mentoring and training of other employees in order to enable them to carry out support activities in the context of the above-mentioned tasks
- Process orchestration in coordination with the data customers including evaluation of the availability of the data interfaces
- Ensuring the integrity and operability as well as further development of the integration architecture including error analysis and elimination of system malfunctions
- Central user advice and second-level support for interfaces
your qualifications
- Completed studies in the field of computer science, training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualifications and at least 2 years of work experience in the relevant area
- Good knowledge of interface technologies (API) and relevant programming languages (e.g. Python)
- Experience working with cloud-based data integration and analysis solutions (e.g. Microsoft Fabric products) and associated methodologies (e.g. ETL)
- Experience with relational databases (particularly SQL) and RDBMS tools
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex contexts and work independently
- Strong team orientation and communication skills
