Als Spezialist für hoch-effiziente Konstruktions- und Fertigungsprozesse optimieren wir bei unseren langjährigen Kunden wie BMW, Daimler, Toyota, VW, General Motors, Porsche und Airbus die Fertigungsabläufe im Modell-, Werkzeug- und Formenbau. Im Zuge unseres stetigen Wachstums und der weiteren internationalen Ausrichtung unseres Unternehmens verstärkst Du unser Team als Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) an unserem Standort Martinsried bei München. Aber damit nicht genug Tebis steht für stete Weiter entwicklung und so ermöglicht Dir diese Position den Einstieg in den Tebis CAD/CAM/MES-Vertrieb sowie die Weiterentwicklung innerhalb unseres (inter)nationalen Vertriebsteams. Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) - Einführung und Nutzung von KI im Vertrieb Deine Aufgaben:
• Du fungierst als erster Ansprechpartner und bist Schnittstelle zwischen potenziellen Tebis Kunden und dem Tebis Gebietsvertrieb
• Durch die Einführung und Verwendung moderner KI Methoden identifizierst und kontaktierst Du potenzielle Kunden.
• Mit Hilfe unseres CRM-Systems (Salesforce) und weiterer moderner Vertriebstools gewähr leistest Du die sorgfältige Pflege von Kundeninteraktionen und -informationen
• Strategien zur Neukundengewinnung entwickelst Du in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Marketing- und Sales-Bereichen weiter
• Du bist für eine aktive und regelmäßige Pflege unserer Kundenkontakte verantwortlich
• Bei der Entwicklung von neuen Strategien zur Outbound-Leadgenerierung wirkst Du aktiv mit
• Du unterstützt die Internationalisierung neuer Strategien zur Leadgenerierung Unser Angebot:

• Du verfügst über einen technischen Studien- oder Berufs-Abschluss mit kaufmännischer Erfahrung oder über einen kaufmännischen Abschluss mit einem hohen technischen Ver ständnis

• Du arbeitest zielorientiert, zuverlässig und selbstständig und übernimmst gerne von Dir aus die Initiative
• Du bist empathisch, kommunikationsstark auf allen Hierarchie-Ebenen und besitzt exzellente Networking-Kompetenzen, um persönliche und geschäftliche Beziehungen aufzubauen
