We work alongside corporate M&A, in multidisciplinary teams on a global basis, with employees and (top) management from a wide variety of Siemens businesses.

Your key responsibilities.
  • You have a leading role on small global buy & sell-side M&A projects and are a driving force in the teams working on the larger deals that we carry out in close collaboration with our M&A department and the business. You work both independently and collaboratively with the team, applying the knowledge, experience, and strengths available.
  • You perform financial due diligence procedures, complex financial analyses, valuations, analyze accounting implications or assist in preparation of special purpose financial statements. You help formulating the key messages and in the reporting to the negotiation team and (senior) management.
  • You take the opportunity to also work on other exciting finance topics as they arise.
  • You serve as a key contact for the financial work-stream, collaborating closely with Corporate M&A.
  • You establish, maintain and leverage relationships with other parts of Siemens worldwide (e.g. Corporate M&A, Legal, Accounting & Controlling and management of the acquiring/selling Siemens entities) establishing CF R TS as a reliable and trustworthy partner.
  • You contribute to digitalization efforts within CF R TS and add your own ideas.
