Programmatic Operations Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

  • Planning, implementation, booking, and optimization of programmatic campaigns for a key account based on the unique data from PAYBACK (online and offline transactions)
  • Daily work with DMP, DSP, and Business Manager of social platforms as well as report creation are part of your responsibilities
  • You are responsible for the technical setup in collaboration with colleagues from the Product and Analytics departments
  • You support the strategic management and development of a key account
  • You advise the sales team on new trends, technologies, and external market changes in the field of programmatic advertising

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in programmatic advertising, ideally in a similar role in an agency
  • Experience with common programmatic platforms (DSPs, DMPs, Ad Servers, Business Manager of social platforms) as well as strong Adtech know-how
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and experience in handling performance data
  • You work methodically and solution-oriented, think entrepreneurially, and base your decisions on data and analyses
  • High level of initiative, teamwork skills, and a structured way of working
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
