This position reports to

Service Team Leader

Your role and responsibilities

You will receive personal protective equipment and communication tools such as a laptop and mobile phone. Additionally, you will undergo comprehensive and customized training at our Friedberg location, with the possibility of being provided with a company car.

You will work remotely from Northeast Germany (in the regions of Hannover to Berlin), close to our main clients, with prospects for continuous professional development and growth.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Identify errors and malfunctions in systems

• Localize sources of errors

• Devise solutions to rectify faults and damage

• Create damage reports and analyze weak points

• Determine technical condition of plants and systems

• Advise customers on maintenance

• Execute service orders, validate processing programs, and document outcomes

• Secure customer and system data and prepare operational reports

Qualifications for the role
  • Successfully completed electrotechnical vocational training
  • Structured and organized way of working
  • Independent practitioner
  • Commitment in dealing with customers
  • Fluent in German with a strong command of English, both written and spoken
  • High willingness to travel
  • Knowledge of robots is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office
  • Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is advantageous
