POSITION

As Product Marketing Manager (all genders) you will contribute to the positioning of our AI-powered platform in the competitive marketplace. You will be creating demand among future customers and drive adoption of existing customers. As the driving force of the solution you will educate and promote the benefits of the HRS technology delivering the highest automation and satisfaction to their customers.

CHALLENGE


• Strategy – Lead the product go-to-market strategy. Translate the products and features we launch to our target customer, through product positioning and communication, driving adoption and usage by our customer base.

• Messaging – develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates a tech-first product in the market, and develop all associated sales and marketing content / collateral / tools

• Curation and creation – act as central point to collaboratively combine, prioritize, refine, add value and publish aggregated content from key subject matter experts

• Develop and manage product literature and content library including collateral, web content, thought leadership, webinars, blog posts, etc

• Marketing enablement – plan & execute product launches and support creation of demand generation campaigns with targeting, positioning and content creation in collaboration with the corporate marketing team

• Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team, and channel partners, and develop the sales tools that support the selling process

• Market intelligence – provide market, ecosystem, competitive and customer analyses to support marketing, sales and product management planning

• Evangelist – Internal and external product evangelist, public spokesman to press/analysts, blogger/writer, speaker at tradeshows, seminars and webinars, and partner/channel enablement

• Follow up on KPIs, report on success to management, and iterate to maximize the impact of initiatives.

• several years in a product marketing role for an AI-powered data intelligence and predictive analytics solutions, SAAS or B2B company,

• Positioning: ability to develop effective positioning strategies to communicate their value proposition to the target B2B audience.

• Market and Customer Understanding: Proficiency in conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying customer needs to tailor marketing strategies that resonate with B2B customers.

• Messaging and Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling product messaging and sales collateral for different marketing channels.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing communications, to ensure successful product launches and campaigns.

• Analytical and Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze data, monitor marketing performance metrics, and use insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimize marketing efforts for better results.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
