Your Tasks

At NIVEA Office Global Strategy & Transformation, our passion is to empower the iconic NIVEA brand for the future. We are seeking a highly motivated working student to join us on our journey, ready to embrace new challenges and dedicated to making a meaningful impact.

We belong to the Global Marketing Team where global brand strategy is developed and global innovations are created. Our team reports into the Member of the Executive Board. Working closely with various teams, we aim to navigate future cross-category complexities, drive growth and establish NIVEA as the world's most loved skincare brand, renowned for innovation and sustainability.

  • Be part of strategic projects to make NIVEA Marketing future-ready
  • Create visually compelling Executive presentations that effectively convey key messages, leveraging creativity and branding consistency
  • Become part of our NIVEA Office Team collaborate effectively with diverse NIVEA teams and cross-functional colleagues
Your Profile
  • Studies in Economics/Business Administration (with above-average grades)
  • Properly enrolled during the entire time of employment
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking) / German is beneficial
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office package (especially Excel & PPT) skills and interest in AI empowered work are beneficial
  • Strong communication, presentation and business analytics skills
  • High level of energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm, strong team player
  • Proactive, taking ownership, get-things-done attitude with pragmatic solution orientation
