Deine Mission
- Übernehme die technische Leitung von mittelgroßen bis sehr großen ServiceNow Projekten und erarbeite und präsentiere strategische Roadmaps
- Unterstütze die Produktentwicklung als Lösungsarchitekt und konzipiere und entwickle eigenverantwortlich neue Services auf Basis von ServiceNow und übernehme die Themenverantwortung des Portfolios
- Entwickle und gestalte neue Themenfelder rund um Digitalisierung und Automatisierung, um einen Mehrwert zu liefern
- Unterstütze fachlich und kommerziell bei der Akquisition von ServiceNow Projekten und dem Ausbau von Geschäftsbeziehungen
- Steuere ein Team als fachliche:r Architektur Ansprechpartner:in auch in Near- und Offshore Delivery Einheiten
- Enter new spaces: entwickle dich und unser Team durch Mentoring und Coaching kontinuierlich weiter
Dein Skillset
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Beratungsprojekten mit Fokus auf die Lösungsarchitektur und den Lösungskontext
- Fundierte Erfahrungen in der Konzeption und Design von IT- oder Geschäftsprozessen inklusive der Einbettung dieser Prozesse in Systemlandschaften
- Kenntnisse in einem oder in mehreren ServiceNow Bereichen und idealerweise entsprechende Zertifizierungen in diesem und Vertrautheit mit den dazugehörigen Rahmenwerken (ITIL, IT4IT, Projektmanagement, SAFe und weiteren agilen Methoden)
- Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und den entsprechenden Entwurfsprinzipien (loose coupling, modularity etc.) sowie im Entwurf von strategischen Roadmaps
- Kompetenz im Umgang mit Qualitätsanforderungen (maintainability, reliability, etc.) und Heuristiken, um Anforderungen und Entwürfe zu bewerten und Lösungen abzuleiten wünschenswert
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Beratungskompetenz sowie hohes Engagement, Flexibilität und Initiative
- Hohe Mobilitätsbereitschaft für Projekte sowie sicherer Umgang mit virtueller Zusammenarbeit
- Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsgeschick sowie gute Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
