  • Im Rahmen unseres Onboardings bereitest Du unseren neuen Mitarbeitenden ein herzliches und informatives Willkommen. Hier unterstützt Du bei der Organisation und Durchführung, sodass alle neuen Mitarbeitenden vor, während und nach ihrem ersten Tag einen tollen Start haben

Qualifikation
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtungen (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie, Erwachsenenbildung, Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Personalentwicklung/Personalmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit modernen Personalentwicklungsmethoden (u.a. Potenzialerkennung und Talentmanagement), in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Coachings und Workshops sowie in der Beratung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Du verfügst zudem über Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Onboarding, Offboarding, Compensation & Benefits
  • Eingebettet in ein eingespieltes Team arbeitest Du eigenständig an den Dir übertragenen Aufgaben, lieferst zuverlässige Ergebnisse und hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch
  • Fließend Deutsch und Englisch zu sprechen und zu schreiben, fällt Dir leicht
