Ihre Rolle

In Ihrer Funktion leiten Sie anspruchsvollen IT-Projekte. Als Senior IT Project Manager- SAP sind sie maßgeblich daran beteiligt, die ambitionierten Wachstumsziele der Carl Zeiss Microscopy in innovative IT-Projekte zu überführen und unsere Geschäftsprozesse und neuen Geschäftsmodelle durch Digitalisierung und Automatisierung zu verbessern und end-to-end in unserem digitalen Ökosystem effizient zu verankern

  • Entwicklung und Bewertung von Projektideen sowie Erstellung von Business Cases und Solution Designs
  • Konzeption effizienter IT-Prozesse zur Einführung neuer Geschäftsmodelle (z.B. Realisierung von Software Subscriptions, Verkauf von Software-Wartungsverträgen, Automatisierung von Software-Lizenzen)
  • Steuerung von komplexen IT-Projekten und Sicherstellung des Fortschritts sowie Einhaltung der Meilensteine und Budgets
  • Weiterentwicklung der IT Projektmanagement- und Projektportfolioprozesse
  • Durchführung von Risikobewertungen und Erarbeitung von Mitigation Plans
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu internen Kunden und Stakeholdern sowie Kommunikation der Projektergebnisse direkt an die Geschäftsführung

Ihr Profil

  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Relevante mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von komplexen IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Exzellente Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, einschließlich der Fähigkeit verschiedene Projektteams zu führen und zu motivieren
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von unterschiedlicher Projektmanagementmethoden
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse u.a. von SAP ECC 6.0, SAP S4/HANA, SAP CRM, Salesforce, Zuora, Thales, Microsoft Azure, Power BI
  • Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, um effektiv mit Stakeholdern unterschiedlicher Ebenen zu kommunizieren
