Service Delivery Specialist (d/w/m)

Come join a fantastic team Our Service team strives to provide excellent support to our customers, enabling them to create a better and healthier world. We strive to provide best-in-class customer service, working closely with our field service engineers to ensure seamless and efficient support for all our valued clients.

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES:

• Accurately invoice service jobs completed in the DACH region, ensuring timely processing and adherence to company standards.
• Manage the processing of spare part returns with our factories and support service contract administration.
• Assist the team in handling incoming and current service requests, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have several years of experience in customer service, with prior experience working with SFDC and SAP being an advantage.
• Being service-oriented and having a proactive approach to problem-solving comes naturally to you.
• You are fluent in German and English.

IHR VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH

• Pünktliche Rechnungsstellung für abgeschlossene Serviceaufträge in der DACH-Region unter Einhaltung der Unternehmensstandards.
• Abwicklung von Ersatzteilrücksendungen mit unseren Werken und Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung von Serviceverträgen.
• Unterstützung des Teams bei der Bearbeitung eingehender und laufender Serviceanfragen, um eine effiziente und effektive Lösung zu gewährleisten.

IHRE PROFIL

• Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Kundenbetreuung. Erfahrung mit SFDC und SAP ist von Vorteil.
• Serviceorientierung und eine proaktive Herangehensweise an Problemlösungen sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
• Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
