Als Lead Project Management Specialist (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für:

  • Prüfung, Abgleich und Klärung der technischen Spezifikation und des kommerziellen Auftrags mit allen Projektbeteiligten
  • Erstellung der internen Bestellung an das Werk außerhalb von Zentraleuropa
  • Auslösung, interne und externe Klärung sowie Versand der Bankbürgschaften
  • Erstellung und Versand der Rechnungen an den Kunden, sowie Nachverfolgung der Zahlungen
  • Konzipierung des Versandes vom Werk zum Bestimmungsort inklusive Management des Spediteurs
  • Konzipierung und Management der lokalen Montage und Inbetriebnahme mittels Unterauftragnehmer
  • Erstellung detaillierter Projektablaufpläne
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Nachverfolgung des Projektbudgets
  • Vorbereitung und Durchsetzung von Nachtragsforderungen (Claim Management)
  • Durchführung von internen Projektreviews
  • Ausbau und Pflege der externen und internen Kunden- und Lieferantenbeziehungen
  • Sicherstellung der internen Anforderungen und der des Kunden im Bereich Umwelt,
  • Gesundheit und Sicherheit (EHS)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von Verbesserungskonzepten und deren Durchführung

Anforderungen:
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit der technischen und kommerziellen Projektabwicklung
  • Abgeschlossene Hochschulbildung Elektrotechnik.
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Verhandlungsgeschick, Eigeninitiative,
  • Zielstrebigkeit
  • Gute Kentnisse in Leistungstransformatoren (5j Minimum Erfahrung)
  • Gute englische und deutsche Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1); Türkisch ist von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse von MS-Office Produkten (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
