These exciting tasks await you:
- Project management support for switching the current SIEM solution (Security Information and Event Management) to a new software as well as consolidating other security systems into the new infrastructure.
Set up project organization, plan and budget
- Responsible for setting up and tracking the project plan (tasks, dependencies, timing, resources).
- Tracking actions and issues in the project
- Risk management: identification, analysis, planning and monitoring
Change management as well as expectation and escalation management
- Responsible for project communication
- Responsible for providing all relevant information for the quality checklist
- Reporting to steering committees and other stakeholders Qualification
Internal qualifications:
- Experience in managing and coordinating projects
- Experience in project management or PMO activities
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload and priorities
- Basic IT know-how in the IT infrastructure environment
Good communication and conflict resolution skills
- Languages: German and English
- Very good MS Office knowledge, including Microsoft Project and Excel
