Internal Sales (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung ausgewählter Kunden und Distributionspartner in kommerzieller und technischer Hinsicht – insbesondere Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen, Akquise, Preisverhandlung und Abschluss von Neuprojekten
  • Neukundengewinnung
  • Technische Kundenberatung
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting
  • Besuch von in- und ausländischen Messen und Veranstaltungen

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium oder eine technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit einer Zusatzqualifikation, z.B. Fachwirt, Betriebswirt, Techniker oder vergleichbar.
  • Erfahrungen in der Verarbeitung und im Vertrieb von Kunststoffen bzw. Kunststofferzeugnissen
  • Verhandlungsgeschick mit kommerziellem Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Teamfähigkeit und selbstbewusstes Auftreten
  • Unternehmerisches und zielgerichtetes Denken, hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und selbstständige strukturierte Arbeitsweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang in allen gängigen Microsoft Office Programmen
