Was dich erwartet

Als Programm Manager bist du die treibende Kraft hinter großen Programmen und Transformationen im Technologiesektor. Du leitest eigenständig komplexe Projekte bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Deine Erfahrung im Projekt- und Programmmanagement ermöglicht es dir, durch strategische Planung und effektive Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern echte Veränderungen zu bewirken. Diese Rolle bietet dir die Chance, als erfahrener Experte transformative Initiativen zu führen und in einer dynamischen Umgebung maßgebliche Ergebnisse zu erzielen.

Zentrale Aufgaben der Rolle sind:

  • #Programmmanagement: Du verantwortest die Leitung komplexer Projekte und Programme, von der Initiativphase bis zur finalen Umsetzung. Dabei behältst du stets die Fristen, den Fortschritt, die Qualität und das Budget im Blick und agierst proaktiv im Risikomanagement
  • #Stakeholder-Management: Durch intensive Einbindung und effektive Kommunikation sicherst du die Unterstützung der Stakeholder auf allen Ebenen. Du sorgst für klare Ausrichtung und regelmäßige Berichterstattung
  • #Fachliche Führung: Du führst und koordinierst interdisziplinäre Teams, um die technischen Herausforderungen erfolgreich zu bewältigen
  • #Erfolg vorantreiben: Du arbeitest zielgerichtet daran, alle vereinbarten Ziele fristgerecht, im Rahmen des Budgets und in hoher Qualität zu erreichen
  • #Problemanalyse: Bei auftretenden Schwierigkeiten ergreifst du proaktiv Maßnahmen und triffst fundierte Entscheidungen, um die Projektziele zu sichern
  • #Innovation: Du treibst kontinuierlich Optimierungen voran, entwickelst neue Lösungen und setzt Best-Practice-Methoden um, um die Effizienz zu steigern.

Was du mitbringst

  • #Kenntnisse des Ingenieurwesens: Du verfügst über einen Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Naturwissenschaften oder einem technischen Fach mit Schwerpunkt auf Ingenieurwissenschaften
  • Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre erfolgreich im #Projektmanagement und #Programmmanagement, idealerweise in internationalen Projekten, gearbeitet
  • Du beherrschst verschiedene #Projektmanagementmethoden und -werkzeuge, wie GPM/IPMA, PMI oder Prince2
  • Du besitzt ein fundiertes Verständnis von #IT-Architekturen, aktuellen Softwareplattformen und Anwendungen im Bereich #Telekommunikation
  • Ausgezeichnete #Analysefähigkeiten zur Erstellung von aufschlussreichen und handlungsorientierten Berichten
  • #Konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Herangehensweise für strategische Planung, effektives Management und klare Kommunikation mit allen Stakeholdern
