U2care ist ein junges Unternehmen mit erfahrenem Management, das digitale Dienstleistungen für HealthCare bezogene Prozesse anbietet. Über strategische Projektberatung, Konzeption und technische Umsetzung integrieren wir Daten mit innovativen Methoden aus Business Intelligence & KI zu intelligenten Lösungen insbesondere für Verbünde von Ärzten, Kliniken, Laboren sowie für Versicherungen und Pharmaunternehmen.
Zur Verstärkung unserer agilen Teams suchen wir junge Menschen mit Interesse an Datenbank basierter Arbeit und Motivation, das wertvolle Gut Gesundheit durch intelligente Datennutzung nachhaltiger und kosteneffizienter zu erhalten.
Als Product Owner:in (m/w/d) organisierst Du die operative Entwicklungsarbeit unserer Business Intelligence / KI Lösungen und Services, sowie deren strategische Weiterentwicklung.

Du unterstützt agile, junge Projektteams inhaltlich bei Vorbereitung, Durchführung, Ergebnisdokumentation ihrer Termine - vor allem in der Sprint Planung (Was ist zu tun?) und in Sprint Review (Was haben wir in geeigneter Qualität fertig nutzbar geschafft?).Du moderierst Solution Design Workshops und formulierst die herausgearbeiteten Anforderungen bzw. Lösungsansätze in User-Stories, überführst sie in ein priorisiertes Product Backlog, und begleitest deren Umsetzung bis zur Anwendereinführung.Du steuerst die Produktentwicklung von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung und hast dabei immer Deine Zielgruppe im BlickDu bist Ansprechpartner für Dein Produkt, erarbeitest die Produktbeschreibung auf WebSites in Text, Big Picture und und ansprechendem Layout und klärst Einsatzmöglichkeiten mit interessierten Kunden.
Profil
Die agile Software-Entwicklung, Scrum sind dir nicht fremd und du hast Lust, die agilen Prinzipien selber konsequent mit Deinem Team und den Vertretern der Kunden zu leben.Du bist es gewohnt, selbstständig zu arbeiten und kümmerst Dich gerne darum, dass "die Dinge fertig werden".Deine Begeisterungsfähigkeit für die Arbeit und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit zeigt sich im empathischen und wertschätzenden Umgang mit Deinen MitmenschenJira ist für dich kein Fremdwort und du weißt, worauf es bei der erfolgreichen Durchführung von Projekten ankommtErfahrung im Schreiben von Epics, User Stories, Prozessen und VerarbeitungsabläufenDigitale Produkte sind Dein Ding und Du kannst dich in diesem Umfeld gut ausdrückenDein Wohnsitz ist in Deutschland.Du kannst Dich in versiertem Deutsch ausdrücken und intensive Workshops im Team und mit Kunden ausschließlich auf Deutsch führen, besprochene Inhalte qualifiziert dokumentieren mit Achtsamkeit auf Vollständigkeit und präzise Details
