(Senior) Account Executive (m/f/d) - TLM - Travel, Transport, Telco, Logistics & Media

Zum weiteren Ausbau unseres erfolgreichen Sales Teams suchen wir einen strategisch denkenden und in komplexen Kundensituationen erfahrene/n (Senior) Account Executive für TLM - Travel, Transport, Telco, Logistics & Media (w/m/d):

DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGEN AUFGABEN

  • Proaktive Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der zugeordneten Kunden auf allen Organisationsebenen entsprechend der definierten Segmentierungs- und Betreuungskonzepte mit dem Ziel einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Strategische und operative Steuerung des SAP-internen virtuellen Account Teams mit Empathie, Begeisterung und Durchhaltevermögen
  • Kompetenter und verlässlicher Sparrings-Partner für strategische Diskussionen mit dem Kunden
  • Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen über funktionale Bereiche und hierarchische Ebenen hinweg sowie Aufzeigen des Wertes von SAP-Lösungen mit Branchen-Content und branchenspezifischem Prozesswissen
  • Aufstellen einer kundenindividuellen Planung sowie deren Umsetzung
  • Erarbeitung von TCO- sowie Value-Cases als Entscheidungsvorlage für unsere Kunden
  • Professionelles Management von Opportunities und Angeboten für zugeordnete Kunden inkl. professionellem und akkuraten Forecasting
  • Kundenbezogene Preis- und Vertragsgestaltung sowie Verhandlung von komplexen Vertragswerken unter Berücksichtigung der Regelungen für Bestandsverträge, Neu- und Upsell-Geschäft
  • Aufstellung einer rollierenden 4-Quartalsplanung (inkl. zielorientierter Demand Generierung), aktive Opportunity- und Pipeline-Entwicklung
  • Erreichung der vereinbarten Ziele zu Cloud-Bookings, bestehend aus New & Upsells sowie erfolgreichen Renewals
  • Evaluierung, Monitoring und professionelles Management der kundenbezogenen Risiken/Eskalationsvorbeugung
  • Weitergabe von Input von Kunden und Partnern an das Produktmanagement und Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren SAP-internen Stakeholdern


DEIN PROFIL

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im SaaS-, Software- oder IT-Vertrieb (idealerweise auch Cloud ERP / Outsourcing)
  • Erfahrungen im Vertrieb von Cloud-Lösungen oder im Bereich Adoption von Cloud Lösungen
  • Markt- und Branchenkenntnisse in einer oder mehreren der folgenden Industrien: Travel, Transport, Telco, Logistics, Media
  • Segmentspezifisches Netzwerk (zu Kunden und Partnern, Vernetzung in der Branche und im gesamten SAP Ökosystem)
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Fachrichtung BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Erfahrungen in der Steuerung von (größeren) virtuellen Account Teams
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und -erfahrung auf verschiedenen Hierarchieebenen beim Kunden
  • Zuverlässiges Wissen über vertragliche Möglichkeiten, Kreativität in Positionierungs- und Vertragsverhandlungssituationen
  • Abschlussstärke sowie nachweisliche Erfahrungen und Erfolge in der Bestandskundendurchdringung und wiederholten Zielerreichung
  • Kreativität in der Marktbearbeitung
  • Souveränität in kritischen Situationen
  • Sichere Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf Fach- und Entscheiderebene
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Mobilität

    All SAP Locations in Germany like Berlin, Hamburg, Ratingen near Düsseldorf, Eschborn near Frankfurt, Walldorf near Heidelberg, Gerlingen near Stuttgart, Hallbergmoos near Munich etc. are possible.
