Dein Impact:

Als (Senior) Manager Structural Efficiency (m/w/d) berätst du in verantwortender Position zu Fragen des Risikomanagements, bei Neugründungen oder Umstrukturierungen und unterstützt in allen Phasen des Geschäftsprozesses – und trägst so zum Unternehmenserfolg bei.

  • Fachkompetenz:Du berätst bei der Umsetzung aufsichtsrechtlicher Fragen im Hinblick auf die strategische Ausrichtung, Organisationsstrukturen sowie Kernprozesse unserer Mandanten.
  • Hands-on-Einstieg:Als Teil unseres Teams fungierst du auf der Beratungsseite als erster fachlicher Ansprechpartner für die Mandanten, kommunizierst nach innen und außen.
  • Umsetzung:Du entwickelst Lösungen und bist mitverantwortlich für die Umsetzung neuer, aufsichtsrechtlicher Anforderungen, einschließlich deren Auswirkungen auf internationale Organisationsstrukturen
  • Innovation:Du identifizierst und bewertest Optimierungspotenziale für aufsichtsrechtliche Themen, beschäftigst dich mit Künstlicher Intelligenz, Blockchain und Kryptowährungen.
  • Führung:Du übernimmst die Führung eines Projektteams, entwickelst Talente und arbeitest interdisziplinär mit Tax & Legal, Consulting und Corporate Finance zusammen.
Dein Skillset:
  • Studiumin Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studienganges
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrungin einer Beratungsgesellschaft, bei Banken, FinTechs oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisseund Expertenwissen im Bereich Aufsichtsrecht, Compliance, Risikomanagement und Projektmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrungin der Projektleitung und in der Führung von Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Reisebereitschaft sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissein Wort und Schrift
