Wir bieten Ihnen eine spannende Stelle als Associate Product Development (Laborant/in) im Forschungs- und Entwicklungsteam für Haarfarbenformulierungen. Diese Stelle ermöglicht es Ihnen, Teil eines leidenschaftlichen Forscherteams zu werden, das stets auf der Suche nach Innovationen im Bereich Formulierung von Haarfarben ist.
DIE ARBEIT UMFASST:
- Unterstützung der Entwicklung neuer Produkte durch Probenvorbereitung im Labor, einschließlich technischer Dokumentation und Chargenfreigaben.
- Durchführung aller erforderlichen obligatorischen Tests, um sicherzustellen, dass die Produkte und die in den Produkten verwendeten Rohstoffe den Qualitäts- und Regulierungsanforderungen entsprechen (Messungen in strukturierten Formaten durchführen und dokumentieren:
- Ausfärbungen der Farbprodukten an Haarsträhnen
- L*a*b*-Farbmessungen
- Viskositätsbestimmung mit verschiedenen Methoden/Geräten
- pH-Messungen von Rohstoffen und definierten Produkten/Produktkombinationen
- Unterstützen der Koordination von Salontests und Lieferungen
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN
- Berufsausbildung im Bereich Chemie, organische Chemie oder ähnlichem – oder gleichwertige Erfahrung am Arbeitsplatz.
- Erfahrung im Laborbetrieb, idealerweise in der Umsetzung und Entwicklung kosmetischer Formulierungen von technischen Standards bis hin zur Herstellung im Labormaßstab.
- Erfahrung im Arbeiten nach Qualitätskriterien, mit der gebotenen Sorgfalt und Genauigkeit mit Liebe zum Detail.
- Ausgeprägte technische Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mit Leidenschaft für praktische Laborarbeit.
- Erfahrung in der Wartung der Laborinfrastruktur einschließlich Datenverarbeitung und kleinen Reparaturen. Vertraut mit der Nutzung gängiger IT-Tools (E-Mail, Dokumente, Tabellenkalkulationen).
- Die Fähigkeit, im Team zusammenzuarbeiten, effektiv mit Partnern im Team zu kommunizieren und über ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit zu verfügen.
- Die Fähigkeit zu dem vorausschauenden, eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten und Initiative.
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch
- Da es sich um eine laborbasierte Position handelt, wird vom Kandidaten erwartet, dass er am Standort arbeitet.
