(Junior-) Referent:in People and Culture (m/w/d)
- befristet im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung / in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit -
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Betreuung der Mitarbeiter:innen und Führungskräften in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Betreuung des Bewerbermanagements
- Verantwortlich für die Onboarding-Prozesse
- Erstellung von Arbeits- und Änderungsverträgen
- Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit dem Betriebsrat
- Erstellen von Personalstatistiken und Auswertungen
- Mitarbeit im Rahmen des Betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagements
- Mitarbeit und selbstständige Bearbeitung verschiedener People and Culture-Projekte
- Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal, ein vergleichbarer Studiengang oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Personalfachkaufmann/-frau
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich People and Culture
- Sie besitzen ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert und detailorientiert und haben eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Sie zeichnen sich durch deine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Ihre Lösungsorientierung sowie Ihre Hands-on-Mentalität aus
- Sie bringen sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office mit sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Ein flexibles Arbeitszeitmodell und bis zu 10 Tage mobiles Arbeiten im Monat
- 30 Urlaubstage bei einer 5-Tage-Woche
