Join us as a Working Student - Strategy & Mobility Market Research (m/f/d) in our Corporate Strategy team on a shared journey that matters

The corporate strategy team at MOIA is in charge of a variety of tasks, including Strategy Development, Investor Relations, Market Research and Inhouse Consulting . We are a core team of four people and are looking for a working student to support us. Our team has regular touch points with the MOIA leadership and is in regular exchange with all teams across the company. We are curious and aim to find new, innovative solutions for old problems - that's how MOIA functions and that's how we work in the Corporate Strategy team.

The role and your impact at MOIA
  • Strategic analysis within the field of (Shared) Mobility and Autonomous Driving
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitors and customer behaviour
  • Implementation of market research projects, including data collection, analysis and interpretation
  • Compiling reports and presentations
  • Supporting the creation of strategy recommendations

Job responsibilities and detailed projects will be determined based on your educational background, interests and skills.

What will help you to fulfill your role
  • You are currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's or (preferably) Master's program in Germany in business administration, economics, urban design, or other fields with transferable skills for on-demand mobility
  • English proficiency is a must; at least German B1 level
  • Analytical skill set
  • Proactive and hands-on mentality
  • First experience as working student or intern is a must
  • Experience within the Mobility sector is a nice to have
  • To support you in your personal development and to be able to take responsibility for projects and processes, you should be available for at least one year

Student Community

We are diverse group of mostly students, who are curious, motivated and always eager to learn new things. We are a community of approx. 20 people, living in Hamburg and Berlin. We get together once per quarter to discuss different topics like sharing projects from our daily work or just for a coffee chat.

As a Working Student, you will be working on challenging projects with high impact. You work together with your team, who will help you to identify project goals, while also inspiring you, mentoring you and supporting your professional development.
